In-Home Supports is a personalized service for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism who are living in their own home or apartment and need a little extra help navigating daily life.
A Support Plan Built Around Your Life
We start with a planning meeting. The participant, their family, and our staff work together to determine how many hours of support are needed each week and when those supports should be provided. From there, we build a schedule that fits your life.
Supports May Include
Grocery Shopping & Meal Preparation
Practical assistance with grocery planning, shopping, meal preparation, and everyday kitchen routines.
Bill Payment & Financial Organization
Guidance with organizing bills, managing payment routines, and developing healthier financial habits.

Community Activities & Events
Support and accompaniment when participating in community events, programs, appointments, or meaningful activities.
